The Awakening Loop is an interactive experience that explores the evolving relationship between humans and AI.

The project was developed following my participation in the Google Experience Institute (Xi), where I began to question how AI is not only improving efficiency, but also reshaping how we think and make decisions.

Inspired by the historical shift from machines replacing physical labor to AI automating cognitive processes, this project investigates a new form of “cognitive automation.”

Through a three-phase interactive journey, guided actions, repetitive loops, and breaking the loop, the experience allows users to gradually transition from active thinking to passive execution, and ultimately reflect on their own agency.

Rather than explaining AI conceptually, The Awakening Loop aims to make its impact perceptible through interaction, encouraging users to rethink the role of work, decision-making, and human awareness in an AI-driven world.
